How Shine! Protect works
Upon damaging their car, your customer can request the repair using the simple-to-use Shine! Protect smartphone app. Once we’ve confirmed that the damage is minor, as described in the agreement, a Shine! expert repair technician will come to your customer at home or work at a time that suits.

What damage can you repair?
Shine! Protect includes repairs to areas of minor damage including dents, scratches and scuffs up to 30cm. Chips up to 5mm in diameter.

Up to 5 maintenance requests per year of your plan.
Up to 4 areas of minor damage in every maintenance request.
